Please note that orders that have been processed and shipped can not be cancelled. When the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
If you have requested a cancellation after the order has been shipped, you must return it for a refund instead.

In normal circumstances, your order is shipped within 1-2 business days. How many days it takes for your package to arrive depends on which delivery service you choose. At the checkout, you can see the delivery options we offer to your address and the estimated delivery time.
All items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from CHIMI's warehouse to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance.

This depends on the digital payment service used and the adress associated with your account. When using credit card you can always choose a different shipping adress.

To ensure your information is kept private, we do not process or store any payment information in our database.
When you have placed an order with us, the funds are temporarily reserved but you are not actually charged. When your order has been dispatched, we will capture the funds from your account.
If your order attempt was declined, this can often be due to your bank. We suggest that you contact your bank or card-issuing company to ask if they have any kind of block on your card.

Items shipped within the EU are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the final purchase price.
Non-EU countries may be subject to VAT and customs duties on top of the sales price once the package reaches its destination. You will be responsible for payment of such import duties and taxes.
CHIMI is not responsible for any changes in currency value or conversion rates that your bank or credit card company may use when charging in your country’s currency.
