This fee was not disclosed prior to purchase and chimi customer service has been unresponsive to my inquiry about the additional charge. The sunglasses themselves are fine, nothing special. A step above gas station sunglasses, a couple steps below the optometrist.

That’s a huge bonus if you go to the beach & need to protect your skin under your eyes. They are very large! I get compliments all the time on these. BEWARE OF SO CALLED FREE SHIPPING!!! I ordered mine with a promised free shipping, only to get a $50! invoice from UPS about 2 weeks after I received my glasses. When I reached out to Customer Service they basically said (in my own words) you’re shit out of luck, should have read the fine print.
